Job Description
Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has an opening for an ETL Developer. This is a remote position but work must be done in EST time zone. Candidates must reside in the continental US.
No third parties ONLY W2 and 1099.
DURATION: 6 months to 1 year
LOCATION: Remote; Indianapolis, IN
RATE: $45-$65

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years ETL experience on large-scale migration efforts
- Azure SQL and ADP experience are strongly recommended for this role
- SQL and programming experience are required
- Must have experience with Azure
- Experience with Databricks is a plus
- Review the requirements and, as needed, communicate with the business SMEs to clarify, finalize, and document the business rules
- Review the source systems and, as needed, communicate with business application services SMEs to understand the technical business rules
- Review target model and conduct necessary reviews with the technical team
- Profile the source data and recommend data cleansing rules and refinements to the target model as needed
- Create ETL specification (mapping) document
- Develop the ETL / SQL solution, including balancing/reconciliation reports
- Refactor ETL from business feedback
- Performance tune ETL pipelines as needed
- Integrate ETL with other jobs as needed
- Prepare maintenance plan for production support
