Job Description
Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has four (4) openings for a Business Solutions Analyst.
DURATION: 2 years; with up to 3 years extendable
LOCATION: Remote; Sacramento, CA; must be willing to work PST hours
RATE: $65-95hr
The Business Solutions Analyst roles will be responsible for assisting Senior PMs and PMs and performing tasks on one or more workstreams within the agency portfolio.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Four years of experience, in addition to the years required, may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Minimum five (5) years with three (3) years in business systems analysis and design
- Experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
- Minimum one year experience as a Business Solutions Analyst implementing an IT project for a federal, state or local entity.
- Minimum five years’ experience leading and facilitating team meetings.
- Minimum one year experience performing business process reengineering efforts.
- Minimum two years’ experience documenting business process flows.
- Minimum two years’ experience creating and maintaining a project document library.
- Minimum two years’ experience with user administration and document organization in a Microsoft Teams for SharePoint Project site.
- Minimum one year experience leading Agile ceremonies using Agile tools, e.g., JIRA or equivalent technologies.
- Master’s degree desired.
- Possession of a Business Analyst Certification through an accredited entity such as the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or the Project Management Institute (PMI) desired.
